Chocolate Bakery by Vazi respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what information we receive when you use the site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

It describes this website only. If you contact us by phone, by message on Instagram, or in person, that conversation is handled the same way any conversation with a small business is — we use what you tell us to help you, and nothing else.

This website does not collect personal information. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no account and no ordering system on it — nothing on these pages asks you to submit anything, and nothing on them sends anything to us.

The provider that hosts this website records standard technical information as part of serving pages — for example IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That is ordinary server activity, common to every website, and we do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

This website does not run advertising trackers, and does not currently use analytics software.

If you call us, message us on Instagram, or come into the shop, you choose what to tell us. That is a conversation with a small business, not a website collecting data, and we use what you tell us only to help you with what you asked for.

Because the website collects nothing, there is nothing from it for us to use. The technical records the host keeps exist so the site can be served and kept working, and so misuse of it can be prevented.

• Instagram — the link to our profile opens Instagram, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms.
• Maps and directions — the “Get Directions” links open your device’s maps application or Google Maps with our address. No map is embedded in this site, so no map provider loads anything while you are simply reading the page.

Following one of these links means that service, not this website, receives your visit.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not display a cookie consent banner, because it does not place the kind of cookies that require one.

Your browser stores two small pieces of information locally: the language you chose for the site, so it opens in that language next time, and that the site’s brief introduction has already been shown to you during this browsing session. Both stay on your device and are not sent to us.

If non-essential analytics are added in future, this section will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be added before they run.

You decide what to tell us, and you can decide to tell us nothing at all — reading this website requires no information from you whatsoever.

Depending on where you live, you may also have specific rights under privacy law; tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to accommodate it.

This website is intended for adults arranging orders. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
